Been awhile...

I realized when I was looking over my post for the day that I haven't written anything in awhile. Well here I am and wanted to put a few things out there. After fielding a few questions on the meaning of one of my strips and what not, I just want you all to know that I don't expect everybody to "get" some of the jokes I run with. Heck, sometimes I don't understand some of the jokes I write after the fact... So I can't promise that every joke will be accepted as funny but I can promise you that over time, I am hoping to have the characters of Z & G be their own people. You know, something organic. As I write, I am getting to the point that once I have an idea, I will just know what they will say. They'll become family soon enough. I am right now contemplating writing a blurb or two along with the comic to maybe clear up what I may have been thinking of when I came up with a strip. Just like for anyone who didn't know what movie I was referring to on the Steve Martin homage... it was "The Jerk." A small line in the movie but the turning point that Steve wanted to put across. I kinda wanted to do that to show a turning point and you can expect for something to come from the last panel mentioning the Worcestershire Brothers in the future.
